Circulation

Media ERP handles the supplies for each day, the variations in the supplies, grouping of agencies, issue-wise and special issue pricing and the supplementary issues. It helps in generating Green Cards for warning and Red Cards for stoppages. It manages the various free copies, publicity copies, inter office and editorial copies, advertisement voucher copies and complimentary issues. The dispatches through various modes, delivery sheet and MRR are maintained. Sales Returns based on complaints and specifications are efficiently handled. There is a large collection of queries and reports.

Maintenance

Smooth flow of operations is possible when all equipment and machinery are working properly. This requires that the maintenance department works efficiently and co-ordinates with all the other departments with quick response time. To effectively enable this Media ERP has made provisions for this in its solution.

This module helps maintain the various resources. It does call logging and follow-ups and optimizes the lead-time for handling machine failures. The calls get segregated as Civil, Systems, Mechanical and Electrical. Civil works include activities pertaining to building like damages, alterations, painting and repairs to furniture and other tangible infrastructure. Systems work includes all activities pertaining to computers, peripherals, accessories and other electronic equipment.
